    Description

    Offered is a sheet of 9 unused but cancelled stamps "Special Issue Honoring USA Rescue Workers" , these are from Turkmenistan, a former Republic of the USSR.  Produced in 2001, they appear to show rescue workers at the seen of the 9/11 attack in New York.  Former President Bush is seen in 3 of them.  These stamps came from the Jamestown Stamp Co.  who provide stamps to collectors and will be mailed in the original pack from the Stamp Co.  These are big stamps, each measures about 1.5 X 2 inches.  I am not a collector so I can only tell you what I can see.
